The Oath of Office and Article 5 U.S.C. 7311

SIMPLE FACT:
ANY Senator, Representative, President, Vice President, Supreme Court Justice, or ANYONE who holds ANY office of authority in The United States Government who advocates or enacts an attack on the United States Constitution is in FACT invalidating and forfeiting their right to hold ANY office in Government per their Oath of Office and Article 5 U.S.C 7311
Are OUR representatives overstepping the legal limits their position is bound by?
According to Article 5 U.S.C. 7311, the law each and every representative takes an OATH to abide by, and promise to enforce, EVERY single one of OUR representatives are bound BY LAW in order to be VALID for their citizen elected opportunity to represent EACH and EVERY one of us EQUALLY under the United States Constitution’s BINDING limits.
Simple Fact: The United States of America is a nation of laws. EVERY citizen, whether an individual private citizen or a citizen who has been elected or placed in a position to Represent any district or ANY populace of citizens (Local or National), are ALL EQUALLY bound by the limits of the exact same laws.
Simple Fact: The United States Constitution is the Supreme Law of The Land, meaning the ENTIRE United States, as well as Each and Every citizen residing within the boundaries of The United States are ALL EQUALLY subject to the laws in compliance with That Supreme Law of The Land.
Article 5 U.S.C. 7311 states [1]:
An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he (or She)-
- advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;
- is a member of an organization that he/she knows advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;
- participates in a strike, or asserts the right to strike, against the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia; or
- is a member of an organization of employees of the Government of the United States or of individuals employed by the government of the District of Columbia that he/she knows asserts the right to strike against the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia.
- STRIKE: (verb) to delete something (transitive verb)- to make and ratify the terms of [2]
- ADVOCATE: (transitive verb) to plead in favor of [3] Example of Advocate: The plan is advocated by Congress and the President
- INDIVIDUALS EMPLOYED BY THE GOVERNMENT: Any employee who works for any branch of government whether elected or otherwise.
Article 5 U.S.C. 7311 states [1]:
An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he (or She)-
- pleads in favor of the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;
- is a member of an organization that he/she knows pleads in favor of the overthrow of our constitutional form of government;
- participates to delete something, or to make and ratify the terms of, or asserts the right to to delete something, or to make and ratify the terms of or against the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia; or
- is a member of an organization of employees of the Government of the United States or of Any employee who works for any branch of government whether elected or otherwise of the District of Columbia that he/she knows asserts the right to delete something or to make and ratify the terms of or against the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia.
So what is the Lawfully binding TRUTH defined by Article 5 U.S.C. 7311? Simply this:
ANY representative who does not comply with those stated declarations and limitations, is in FACT, invalidating ANY and ALL authority to be recognized to perform the functions of the office they were elected to hold as a representative, as well as invalidating their right to hold ANY office in Government.
- The United States of America is a nation of laws.
- The United States Constitution is the Supreme Law of The Land, meaning the ENTIRE United States, as well as Every citizen residing within the The United States. We are ALL EQUALLY subject to the laws which are in 100% compliance with That Supreme Law of The Land.
- The United States Constitution, the supreme law of the land, is in fact the form of government which our nation is Governed by.
That means, any of our representatives who participates in deleting something (EQUAL Rights guaranteed by The Constitutional Amendments), or to make and ratify the terms of (Changing the Constitutional Rights of equality for any citizens they claim to represent), or asserts the right to delete something (Claim they have power over The Supreme Law of The Land), or (By restricting citizens rights thus fundamentally changing the form of Government they made an oath to defend) to make and ratify the terms of or against the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia is INVALID from accepting or holding ANY position in The United States Government.
YOU and I, and EVERY individual law abiding citizen has EQUAL power of AUTHORITY to how how OUR nation is governed. This EQUALITY is guaranteed by OUR very own Form of Government, The United States Constitution.
